Ketut Adi Suma Wirayuda is 11 years old, and he is disabled. He lives in Kediri Village in South Bali with his family. In August 2016 The Global Village Foundation Bali were asked to visit him to assess his needs. When we visited, we found young Ketut unable to walk, talk, or comprehend. He was suffering mild and medium epileptic seizures and spasms every few minutes,and seemed permanently dazed & distressed. This is the story of Young Ketut since that first visit.
