February 5 2017, The Global Village Kafe (Our ‘Not for Profit’ Cafe/Bar in Lovina Beach became an official Water Bottle Refill station,. From now on Visitors to Lovina, & the Global Village Kafe will be able to refill their water bottles for free, reducing the need to keep buying single use plastic drinking water bottles, and in doing so, will be helping the environment. This new service by the Global Village Kafe is free, but by making a small donation you will help the poorest people in North Bali to access fresh water. All donations received for water bottle refills at the Global Village will be used towards providing fresh drinking water to the many poor people in the Villages around North Bali, who do not yet enjoy the ‘luxury’ of clean fresh drinking water.
